Incorporation of Asdion Sdn Bhd
Asdion was established as a private limited company in Malaysia on 27 August 2002 under the Companies Act 1965. 

2003
Conversion to Public Company & Name Change
On 16 December 2003, Asdion was converted into a public limited company and renamed Asdion Berhad, positioning itself for listing and future expansion.

2004
Awarded MSC Malaysia Status
Asdion Berhad was granted MSC Malaysia status by the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) on 4 March 2004, recognizing its contribution to the nation’s ICT development.

2004–2015
Diversification & Expansion
The company diversified its business portfolio, venturing into sectors such as logistics, property management, and billing systems for education and healthcare sectors.

2016
Strategic Focus on Logistics
Asdion began realigning its core focus toward logistics and shipping services by strengthening the operations of its subsidiary Asdion Logistics Sdn Bhd.

2020–2023
