On 2 September 1998, Mr. Yeoh was appointed as the Director of Transeaways Shipping SDN BHD which is principally involved in shipping and logistics business.

On 3 February 2020, Mr. Yeoh was appointed as Director of Asdion Digital Advance System SDN BHD, Asdion Material Supply Marketing SDN BHD and Asdion Property Management SDN BHD.

Mr. Yeoh graduated from Pittsburg State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Finance in 1994. He continued his study and earn Master of Science majoring in Human Resource Development in 1996.

Mr. Yeoh began his career with his own family shipping business as a warehouse clerk and a forklift driver right after his completion of secondary school in 1988. He also worked as a vessel boarding officer and a supervisor for loading/discharging operation in Kuantan port. In 1990, he went to United States of America to further studies.

In 1997, Mr. Yeoh came back Malaysia and continued with his family business. Mr. Yeoh has extensive experiences in shipping and logistics business.

Mr. Yeoh does not sit on the Board of other public companies. He does not have any family relationship with any directors and/or major shareholder of Asdion Berhad, nor any conflict of interest in any business arrangement involving the Company. He has had no convictions for any offences within the past five (5) years (other than traffic offences, if any), nor any public sanction or penalty imposed by regulatory bodies during the financial year.
